I should start out by acknowledging that our District has taken a small step in the right direction by publishing the Bill List and Transfer Report with this month’s Board Meeting Packet. However, considering all the claw-backs over the past three years, we are far from where we need to be. So yes – it is a good step- but we aren’t even caught up to where we were three years ago.
This month -Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, and Jacobs pulled another ~$9700 out of our District and into its pockets -contributing to the already record-breaking 11 month running total for legal fees to the tune of ~169,000 of which our favorite firm has received nearly half.

We also spent a bit of time this year learning about our District’s legal geniuses and their incredible work elsewhere, which we will be writing about at some point – fascinating yet predictable stuff.
For now, here is another link from the BOE President in another District that we wrote about last month in connection to this firm.
