BHCW recieved information from a credible source along with a copy of a document that evidenced the resignation of the Town’s CFO.
The document alleges that an individual – who’s name was redacted but is known to BHCW – within the Township office or Government engaged in “relentless harassment” and “concerted efforts to take over vital finance functions with preconceived purposes” in connection to the CFO’s duties.
A resident in the community has submitted an OPRA Request connected to emails on this issue however, based on information received from credible, internal sources, relevant parties were not yet asked for these emails.
We are not disclosing the document received as a protection to the employee who provided us with this information.
We are not disclosing the name of the individual these allegations connect to until we have given him/her an opportunity to comment and/or more details surrounding context are obtained.
